A few words....

Big Band Neratovice is a young and progressive band, which in its short time of activity is already at the
forefront of Czech big-bands. It is involved above all in swing and dance music, concerts and musical
accompaniment of famous Czech vocal and instrumental soloists. Among the musical and general
spectator public Big Band Neratovice is well known, not only thanks to precise interpretation
and a novel sound, but also by its all girl saxophone section. The band cooperates with
notable Czech composers and arrangers and has recorded a couple of TV programs and
CD’s. The band has also performed in the BBC’s outside broadcasting show "2000 To Day"
as well as on Czech radio and on WCEV Radio Chicago and is often a guest at Prague’s
renowned jazz clubs and in national or international jazz festivals. The band often plays
at important social events, state balls, banquets, company presentations, parties
and also at many kinds of municipal and public celebrations.
